1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Music City Acoustics LLC warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Items shipped or moved outside of the United States after your initial purchase are not 

2. Warranty Claims:

  • To make a warranty claim, please retain your original proof of purchase and contact our customer service department at [contact information].

  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and will be subject to verification by Music City Acoustics.

3. Warranty Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

    • Accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

    • Modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorized personnel.

    • Acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, flood, fire, or earthquake.

    • Normal wear and tear.

  • Consumable parts and accessories are not covered under this warranty.

  • International Shipping: Products shipped outside of the U.S. are not covered by our warranty.

4. Remedies:

  • If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered and verified during the warranty period, Music City Acoustics will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit.

  • The repaired or replaced product will be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

5. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the extent permitted by law, Music City Acoustics' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as described above.

  • In no event shall Music City Acoustics be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Statutory Rights:

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
