Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. While shipping damage is uncommon, it can occur with both parcel and freight carriers. If your order arrives with visible damage, please notify us as soon as possible and retain all packaging materials. We may request photos of the product, packaging, and delivery condition so the issue can be properly documented.
Shipping carriers require specific documentation to support damage claims, and timely reporting is critical. In some cases, damage must be noted at delivery for a claim to be considered. Because each situation is different, shipping damage is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the damage and the information provided.
When possible, we work to resolve issues promptly and minimize delays, rather than requiring customers to wait through the carrier’s claims process. Our goal is to handle shipping issues fairly and efficiently while following carrier requirements and maintaining product quality.
