Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms:

Before Production Begins

Orders may be cancelled at no charge as long as production has not yet begun. All products are made to order, and production typically begins within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

After Production Has Started

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. All of our products are made to order using materials and labor allocated specifically for your project. Because these resources are committed at the start of production, we are unable to accept cancellations once work is underway.

If you no longer need the product after it has been delivered, standard return terms apply (see Return Policy below).

Custom Products

Orders for custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started. Custom products include custom sizes, panels with integrated lighting, Acoustic Art Panels, and panels wrapped in special-order fabrics (any fabric outside our 15 standard colors). Custom products are also not eligible for return.

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you are considering a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate you.
