Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Custom and special-order items are not eligible for return.

Different purpose. The cloud kit suspends panels horizontally below the ceiling. This kit suspends panels vertically against a wall, hanging from ceiling-mounted cables. Think of the cloud kit as “panels floating overhead” and this kit as “panels floating on the wall.”
